1974 Ducati sport Desmo
This bike was purchased from a close friend, who had it for many years, and according to my friend the bike was built by Franco Romanelli, in Montreal, Canada. All the internals of its engine are 1974 Supersport (green frame parts), including the 750SS crankshaft and Desmo heads. The bike was upgraded to Morris mag wheels and lockheed calipers. Since the early 2000s it needed a complete service, such as changing gaskets and oil seals, and rebuilding the calipers. The tank had pinholes from the rust so we resealed the tank from the inside and repaired the pinholes. The new paint job was blended to the original so as to preserve it. The bike now runs great.
